Empower Wine is integrated with the marketing leading QuickBooks POS 12. Using QuickBooks web connector interface, your web store is connected to POS and automatically syncronizes data at regular intervals.
When new customers register on your website their account is automatically created in QuickBooks POS. When a customer returns to the site and places an order under their account the order is assigned to the existing customer account in Empower Wine and QuickBooks.
When an order is placed on your website it is automated added to QuickBooks POS as a sales order. When the order is completed in Empower Wine the sales order in QuickBooks POS is converted to a sales receipt. You can customized which order statuses control when the order is syncronised.
Data identifying the order is stored in both systems allowing you to easily find the order within both systems. If you amend the order you can easily re-sync it to QuickBooks POS to avoid manual effort.
New and amended products are syncronised into QuickBooks POS and if you're using distributor feeds the supplier information and associated distributor product codes are copied over along with cost and sales price. Every action within the syncronization is logged and backups are automatically taken to ensure there's no risk of data loss.
